6. Payments and Refunds

Payment for digital products, educational programs, and services is processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• Digital products: due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
• Educational programs: refund policies for workshops and training courses are specified at the time of enrollment. Generally, refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date.
• Advisory and technology services: payment terms are governed by the applicable service agreement or statement of work.
