The Challenge

Our Approach

The System We Deployed

We rebuilt the infrastructure in three layers. The performance layer introduced edge caching, CDN-first asset delivery, auto-scaling compute, and pre-rendering for the top 200 content pages — designed to handle 10x traffic spikes without intervention. The content operations layer automated the publishing pipeline: writers submit in a headless CMS, and the system handles formatting, image optimization, social media distribution, and email newsletter generation automatically. The analytics layer unified all data sources into a single real-time dashboard showing content performance, audience behavior, and revenue attribution.
